What is the 30 Day BioBreath Challenge?❯
The 30 Day BioBreath Challenge is here to help you to reduce stress, control anxiety, improve your emotional health and increase the quality of your sleep. Every day, you will be asked to log in to our online interactive course and go through that day's content. It usually takes about 10-15 minutes and consists of a short video, interaction with your training buddy (if you have one) and taking what is called the BioBreath.
How much time do I have to spend on the BioBreath Challenge daily?❯
You can spend as little as 10 minutes per day to see significant results at the end of the 30 Day BioBreath Challenge?
What results can I expect?❯
This is highly individual but our participants report improved stress management, better task focus, increased productivity, better conflict management and collaboration with others, as well as an overall increase in well-being.
When can I expect to see results?❯
This is highly individual and depends largely on your commitment to this Challenge. Some participants see results within days of starting the challenge. About 90% of participants report significant changes around Day 20.
